Reddit has been hell for a long time. Posts advocating genocide of Arabs get upvoted regularly, and any pushback gets you banned. The fediverse is marginally better.

Anyways welcome to the club. First time?
- any criticism of israel especially on worldnews got me banned temporarily early in the war, never visited that sub since. originally i was visiting it because of the ukraine war. almost all the political and news sub massively up thier filters to remove comments or bans.
