Gabby Petito’s parents speak out about controversial use of AI to recreate her voice

Who is she?
- White girl who went missing, and was murdered, in the summer of 2021. There was a lot of controversy around the media coverage it garnered because there were a number of indigenous and other minority women who went missing around the same time and received next to no mention in the news.
I finished watching this on Netflix like half an hour ago and it was pretty weird to hear her talk about her own writing even though she is deceased.
But that being said it’s a brilliant documentary and really opens your eyes to what others may be going through.
The ending was interesting about what the news reports on and what they don’t
