- not really a falsehood if youre just directly quoting someone as stating they are going to do something, and then pointing out that that thing did not happen.

  correct. the falsehoods are everything that is said/typed/thought by the subject of the article... the author is reporting the falsehoods that I was referring to. Yes.
Not to mention of some of the other vaporware products from this space cadet, the Tesla-bot, robotaxi, cyber truck, solar roof tiles, etc…
