Belarus, Bolivia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Cuba, Malaysia, Thailand, Uganda, and Uzbekistan will join BRICS as partner countries.

Anybody who thinks joining BRICS will give them financial or physical security is a fool, tbh, but I can't find it in me to condemn proper incentivized diplomacy.
