Luffa (a gourd that can be eaten or grown into an exfoliating loofah)

I've grown these before! Apparently you can eat them when they're small, or let them mature into what we would all recognize as a loofah. Like any vine, they need plenty of space or a good trellis.

I read this as "exhilarating loofah"
