Thanks! I work from home and don't have a ton of time so it was a can of beans, some canned tomatoes, random vegetables i had around in my refrigerator like a carrot, celery and some cabbage I put into a chopper and some frozen potato cubes I have and needed to use up. I just simmered them a bit and mixed it with my favorite curry powder.
It is just regular red pepper flakes and dry herb mix on top, I like furikake but always forget about my jar!
