I tried to subscribe but it said something about a remote instance... I'm on mbin. I couldn't subscribe anyway.
You should be able to. Maybe there's a hiccup if you're the first from your instance?
Since you're on Mbin, the Lemmy remote follow feature isn't going to work for you
