A 16-year-old Palestinian girl who was killed in the occupied West Bank city of Jenin this week was shot dead by an Israeli sniper as she looked out of the window of her home, her father said on Wednesday.

I find I often have to stop for a moment and imagine her life up until the sniper shot. Like, you and I have ONE life, and it's EVERYTHING, and this girl's went dark for the remainder of the universe.
