It's twitter and they're either trolling and/or rightwing like everyone else on Twitter.
Like, what would you expect to find on Twitter? Even two years ago when this was tweeted it was just right wingers.

I mean, lemmy.ml is pretty similar like that, that's why I blocked them on an instance wide level.

I refuse to believe this isn't satire
I've interacted with too many tankies that believe exactly these things for me to give Credence to that hypothesis.
You can't do satire by repeating what someone else sincerely believes, verbatim.
