Dr. Stone: New World - Episode 11 Discussion

I love this show. It just makes me appreciate every little bit of technology that we have today every time I watch. And this episode was quite emotional to boot. Byakuya collected rare elements with everything he's got just for Senku to revive the civilization. And his efforts were not wasted. Senku finally got nitric acid to revive all of humanity starting with of course Kingdom of Science people. I can't wait for October to come and continue watching this show.

I did miss the science-heavy elements from earlier in the show in this season and I have a few issues with pacing of this season, but I found the season to be quite enjoyable overall. The split-cour feels rough given where we left off in this episode, but at least we have confirmation of a second half in October. The acquisition of a catalyst for continuous nitric acid production should be a big boon, I'll be curious to see how exactly they manage to depetrify the ship's crew, as many of them seem to be damaged. They were meticulous about reassembly earlier.
