Hi there, folks - I'm Scott Starkey, a software developer and part-time magician living in Indiana. I'm not a big fan of the stuff that Reddit is doing, so I thought I'd explore other options.

I'm also available on Mastodon with a bevy of accounts:

• My main account for programming and performing

• My Esperanto account

We seem to be lacking some communities that I'd like to see on Lemmy, specifically #Magic, #Esperanto, #GameDevelopment, and maybe #Freemasonry. Maybe I'll volunteer to set those up, once I figure out all the stuff.
