Apple didn't raise prices for new iPhones in the U.S. during the pandemic, although the company dealt with parts shortages and said inflation was raising costs.

it’s a tough economy and we should all come together to help apple maintain its profits during this difficult time
As if they aren't making enough profit as is. They are already the richest company in the world. Endless growth on a finite planet is doomed to fail.
I also consider making more money.
This would only be newsworthy if Apple said they were considering LOWERING the price.
