given that the UK, norway, and switzerland are grey, i'm going to assume this is actually talking about the EU.

and yet the actual content of the post clearly says europe, not EU
"...in Europe" is the title of the declaration, complain to the Belgian presidency for that
Ironically EU shorthand for Europe and European Union
