While the number of missiles Pyongyang has given to Moscow remains a tiny percentage of Russia's overall stockpiles, Ukraine and its allies are concerned about the growing ties between the two countries.

    Yeah even though they are shit weapons, its giving NK true weapons production experience and even if its being paid for by valueless Russian rubles any stimulation of the NK economy (particularly warmongering efforts) is not good
