Tetsu Shiohara was a 47-year-old Japanese man who in late 2019 made the decision to climb Mt. Fuji in street wear. The only climbing gear he brought was two hiking poles. He ascended the mountain and was near the top livestreaming when he slipped and fell roughly 1,000m down the mountain where they found him.
