That's precisely one original movie in the top 10. The rest is based on a franchise or a remake.
I actually noticed that too, looking at all of them, all but one is an adaptation or sequel or a remake.
And even then you could say that Pixar is a franchise by itself. Not to take away from tgeir original works, but be it Disney, Pixar or Ghibli - those get a lot of butts in the seats from that alone.
And even that one original movie is just a bland rehash of previous Pixar movies, I'll take sequels all day if that's what we're getting for originals
