North Vancouver wildfire burns forested area near Baden Powell Trail

North Vancouver did a great job of controlling it, but it only happened because some idiots decided to light a fire in the middle of the night in drought conditions.

Vancouver needs more enforcement against human-lit fires and it needs it now.
