I rememer spending most time in Yakuza 3 on the beach collecting
free moneywhatever the most expensive fish was just to enjoy the game.I can't recall if there was any fishing in 4.
Haven't played all of them but I would imagine they all have a fishing mini game of some sort.

The only rule is, you must use a traditional fishing technique or implement to aquire fish or fish material.
