Best way to use a usb c microphone/speaker with a pi 4

I was dumb when purchasing a speaker/microphone combo, and it has a usb c cable to plug it in (and also receive power). If I want to use this on a pi 4, will a usb c to usb adapter work, or am I out of luck?
