Seeing as Invidious doesn't use YT's api, it doesn't seem like Google has much they can do though, right?
Yesterday a bunch of the common Invidious servers weren't working and there was a huge addition of new Invidious servers. Tells me Googles doing all they can but can't do much, or that's what I hope at least!
Precisely my thought, like what they gonna do
Delist them on google DNS?
Bury them in legal filings and make life miserable, probably. 😞
Don't forget everyone's favorite tactic: fraudulent DMCA takedown notices!
