Full moon - January 24

My first photo with a telescope. It is not a incredible shoot but I am very proud of it.

Telescope: Celestron C90 Camera: Sony A7R Mk II (APS-C crop mode) Exposition: 1/10"

  • Very nice! Small telescope? You can get hobby-grade 8-10" dobsonian or newtonian telescopes for relatively cheap -- probably cheaper than your camera haha. For the moon, you can start getting cool things like mountain ranges, and long shadows in craters and such. It really starts to look like a world, and not a ball. :)

    • Thanks! I am saving for a 9-10" newtonian with a EQ6 mount
