I tried some F-Droid and Izzy apps and none of them support lyrics.
I suppose that VLC supported this but I didn't find how I can do it at least with audio files.

Sorry I am tad late to the discussion. I suppose Symphony may be a plausible option that meets your criteria, as of version 2023.12.108 they had .lrc support.
I love it! It looks like Metro, but at its own style, I'll definitely give it a try, thanks.
