We technically got a View Askew high fantasy movie, in Dogma.
I thought all View Askew was high fantasy.
Roll your own? There's plenty of stuff out there to get ideas from. I'd suggest reading the Poison Elves comics to start. Just know the creator died with it being on cliffhanger, so, there's that. I am honestly surprised his estate hasn't licensed the setting.
