Goddamn, I wish I could get the crema on my cafecito to look like that 😅
This was unusually excessive crema, to be honest! Hence the photo. I just cracked open this bag of beans, roasted 9 days ago I think.
Is it better to consume closer to the roast date or does it matter? Thanks
Closer is better. My rule of thumb is more than 3 days and less than 3 weeks.
