error "language_not_allowed"

I get an error creating comments if I select the language to english sometimes. If I set it to underterminded, everything works fine. Bad things happen on my side only or is it a server thing? It doesn't always occur, so I'm somewhat confused. But I didn't see that there is a language restriction within the communities. Or?
