Patched Sync for Reddit still works, but using Relay for Reddit now tells me to use the official app to browse mature content.
A couple of notes: being a mod does work around this block. It also appears that reddit is blacklisting NSFW from an explicitly defined list of client ids, meaning Revanced-patched apps are not affected at all and you don't have to be a mod.

How are you still using rif?
I read somewhere that rif came back using webscraping instead of the API. In return you can't (currently) comment.
Not 100% sure how true that is though.
The app works if you just sign out and browse reddit. Even NSFW posts are viewable still.
