What's some easy recipes that only use non-perishables?
I'm getting really tired of my food expiring before I make anything with it, and I want to quit buying anything that can't be frozen or last several months in the cupboard.

Chilli con carne:
- chuck frozen mince in a pot with some oil & spices
- chuck in a tin of chopped tomatos
- chuck in some frozen veg
- chuck in some tomato puree
- chuck in more spices
- simmer for like 15-20 minutes
- eat (with tortilla chips / rice / cheese / etc)
