Interesting choice investing in a huge gas station as the conversion to electric is finally starting to pick up steam. I'm sure it'll still be needed for many years, but it just doesn't feel like a great long term prospect with how tight profit margins are from gas stations.
- I 've only been a few times but the Bucc-ee's I've been to had electric charging stations.
