How do anarchists do elections within an anarchist community?

I need like a little guide. Not a 20 page document, Ideally I have a proposal within a day or 2.

For irl activism.

Right now the left thing I'm in runs fraudulent elections within itself. Only ppl present can vote, no voter anonymity etc.

anarchists don't have elections. anarchists have consensus and divide up or directly oppose each other if there's unresolvable differences.
