Can this Bag Still be Fixed?

The bag is The North Face Kaban. I went to some shops that repairs bags and they said they couldn't repair it.

North Face typically has a pretty good policy on repairs and such. Could contact them and see what they say.
- North Face replaced a tent for me that had rips in the mesh. Definitely reach out to them.
  
  This is good advice. Some brands really have their customers ( or their image ) in mind and replace their products, without many questions asked.
