Playing Oblivion for the first time

Hello, I'm going to start my first play through of Oblivion tonight. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for on what mods to use or what to check out in the game?

The dark brotherhood has a great quest line in Oblivion.
- Thank you, I'll definitely check it out. I'm planning to play a stealth mage, so it fits with the play style as well. Is there anything special I have to do to activate the quest line?
