Put a pinch Himalayan salt in your water. If you're drinking a lot of water but still thirsty and peeing a lot it usually means you're low on electrolytes.
It could also be untreated diabetes. So that's fun. But it's not the most likely reason you're peeing a lot. Just a possible reason.
Also it doesn't need to be Himalayan salt. Literally any salt will do. I keep no sugar propel around and use at least one a day.
Yeah, if you are drinking a ton of water and also electrolytes and you're still peeing constantly you need to see your doctor ASAP
