As somebody with ADHD, I don’t get it. What’s unique about it?
Paying no attention to wiring. Start wiring one part, then jump over to another or drop wiring all together, do something else (like maybe coding or eating, whatever), then come back, but don't continue where you left off, just do a bunch of wires in no particular order whatsoever.
