[Recipe incl.] Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies

Working on perfecting the classics...or making it perfect to me at least.

The recipe used was a modified version of this one, The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie Technique, from Chef Penny Stankiewicz.

These look delicious! What modifications did you make?
- Thanks ❤️🍁. As for the mods, I didn’t smoke the butter, I swapped out the vanilla bean for vanilla extract (b/c who’s go the time) and I added a pinch of cinnamon & nutmeg to give it an overall warmer flavor.
