DHS' Office of Intelligence & Analysis — created after the September 11 terrorist attacks — is the only member of the U.S. intelligence community tasked with sharing threat information to state, local, tribal and territorial governments across the country.

I'm all for less DHS can we do with with border control and ice too? Maybe a dash of the FBI and CIA? Military too.
Looks like these were the guys who would have warned everyone when Iran was s ending someone over for revenge. I guess terrorism never happens if you close your eyes, cover your ears, and loudly say “LA LA LA. I CANT HEAR YOU. LA LA”
