Yes, but that's not necessarily bad. The Flaming Dumpster can represent change, renewal, optimism, and opportunity.
For racoons maybe.
At work, I've put a sticker next to my monitor that has a picture of a dumpster fire and the caption "the strongest steel is forged in the fire of a dumpster",
It's called garbage can, not garbage can't
It's only bad if it's turned upside down, because then there will be burning trash everywhere
