This image is always misinterpreteded.
What actually happend: she turned around because he farted into her butt and he is lying there absolutely motionless hoping that she will think he's asleep.
I think she's just a bit cold, and wondering if she should put on a tshirt because he looks pretty comfortable.
The smell is the tell.
