"Everything will be OK in the end. If it's not ok, it's not the end". Yes I know this doesn't make much sense when you think about it, but it works. Because it virtually always works out OK in the end.
omgg that's the exact saying my mom always says and it's so true! very cheesy but has really helped me when I've felt I've hit rock bottom!
