Meloni looks like she sat on a pine cone and can't decide if she should push it out or suck it in further.
Oooor ... Perhaps Italy simply isn't quite as far along in the playbook, and crucially, Meloni supports Ukraine — which, as it affects the security of the EU as a whole, to EU leaders is much more important than national policy.
