I have no idea what this is.
Anki is a studying app. You create your own flash cards and then it spaces out the intervals based on your performance. It's free and super handy.
I prefer just reading source material.
The system Anki uses is Spaced Repetition which is a proven efficient learning method, for example my language learning app uses it too. It's just an algorithm in a way. I encourage you to check it out even if your method works it could be a nice tool to know still
You do you. It's just a nice note card app I used to get me through a cert.
