I immediately began trying to figure out what sort of video game lore this was about. You could really see all of these characters straight up murdering a Street Fighter
The frog is from Rivals of Aether and you can't convince me otherwise. His name is Ranno.
After reading about Ranno as a slightly hypocritical militant pacifist, I stand by my assessment
