Those genres are fun to make up on the spot, but I don't like the (probably not intended) idea that other music is not Art, or that Art is a specific genre.
As for that song - weird. Almost opera-like, yet poppy electrobeats. Way too dramatic for me.

It's an established term. And sure, genre terms are rarely literal.
