Christian children are brought up to love all of God's children.
Then they grow up to hate everyone because the Bible told them so.
Because someone told them the Bible told them so.
The bible is neutral in the production of the hatred, the hate comes from powerful people choosing to justify their hatred with the bible and then ostracizing dissenters who actually apply critically read to the thing.
Framing the bible itself as the cause of hate dismisses the culpability of those who spread hate
