I had to click on the image before it animated. Was also confused at first!

Ah, good to know! Maybe my android app just isn't updated yet, there's no update date listed on my phone.
Probably app dependent, I have 2 apps, but could only find the post again on memmy and there the animation happens just scrolling by.
It’s original a Live Photo on my iPhone that I set to bounce and converted to gif for posting because my posting app didn’t support the original image.
I love the little wiggle. It’s just so cute
