Yeah, I have never denied that. I was banned on one instance so I branched out to different instances. I decentralized, which lines up with the entire spirit of the Fediverse.
Getting banned, and then making a bunch of accounts on new instances saying “Despite the attempts to silence me, I’m still here” is evading the ban.
I disagree. Evading a ban is coming up with a DIFFERENT user name, then going into places I was banned from and continuing to post. I have never posted on .world since the ban (other than to respond to the thread you participated in and I worked with .world admin on that and made them and my admin aware of it).
By me keeping the same username across instances, I'm being transparent. It would be very easy to just pick a new name, and go back on .world and post. That would be ban evading, which I don't do.
Me posting on another instance isn't a ban evade by any definition. Admins agree.
I quoted mod logs of you violating the rules with incredible aggressiveness, pissing off almost everyone, and posting unhinged messages to people.

"Ragebait" is posting something to piss people off on purpose. I don't do that. I post whatever I find interesting, regardless of source, and I follow rules of the communities. And when I don't, they remove.
I recently had a community say my source wasn't good enough and gave me a list of sources that they thought were acceptable. So now I only post from those sources.
Not everyone hates Fox News and Brietbart. You do, and that's perfectly fine. If you modded a community, I wouldn't post from those sources. But those sources are not outlawed in the US or the earth or Lemmy. Even if you wish they were.
I'm not sorry that I don't hate Trump as much as Lemmy does. But apparently a huge chunk of the US doesn't either, since he won popular vote.
But I still didn't vote for him nor do I think he will be a good president. And I don't think that just because I post a news article that is favorable to him makes me a "nazi."

You sent that five different times to the same person, copy-pasting it, after a long and similarly emotional argument with them. That's not an issue of free speech and the viewpoint you're trying to express. That's an issue of, you need to step away from the computer, get to a better place with yourself, because it's not good for the community you are posting it in, or for the person you're talking to, or for you.
I don't know if pasting sections from the horror fiction counts, since it's "supposed to be horror," but that was a lot more unhinged. You found a way to write a long and descriptive story where your enemies on Lemmy got killed, but then could innocently claim it was just some creative writing unrelated to any specific people, and people in horror stories are supposed to die, and it's normal.

Fair. But it also shouldn't be my job to find every one of your dozen plus accounts that keep popping up, and block all of them, and then any new ones you make.
You get blocked, banned, and in these hostile exchanges with people because you ignore the social contract. That's on you, that's your decision. Again, it's nothing to do with the content you post, or not only because of the content that you post. So, it's going to annoy people if they block you and then find more content from you popping up, even if you have made a case for why "I'm allowed to do it! The admins said I could! It's just a new account!"

Again, not unhinged. Those stories are direct parodies of the absurdity of Lemmy and how passionate people are.
Even the name of the series is "Tales from the Cryptic Lemmy." Get it? Tales from the Crypt. The 1960's outrageous comic and the cheesy 1980's tv show. And I still write them and just added a story and am finishing up editing one now.

And I have never written any stories about any specific person on Lemmy. Inspired by the outrageous things said to me, yes, but that's what creativity is. Just like singers write songs about shit people throw at them in real life, and turn it into an awesome tune. (Hi, Taylor Swift--I'm a Swiftie. :))
