It's the title of the youtube video. It has some good insight into what LLMs are, and how they aren't conscious right now but emulects. Emulect is an emulation of human consciousness. It also deeply dives into how emulects are potentially dangerous and covers all or a lot of the scenarios of an AI actually being conscious.

It's a good video, just came out about 2 hours ago by exurb1a. It gave a lot of insight into ChatGPT and how it's a tool that people are getting attached to.
