When discussing the plural name for the group of beings with different faces that are The Doctor, is it proper to say "The Doctors", "Doctors Who" or...?

  • The Doctors is what I've seen and heard most.

    Sometimes it's Doctor Whos, which is just weird to my brain, but it would be valid as a plural.

    Doctors Who would also be valid, but it's even weirder since it not only triggers that "wtf" in my brain, but it looks like a partial title for a listicle lol. But I've never run into it in the wild, so to speak. But that's only weird because the "name" is Who. If it was Jones, the doctors Jones would scan perfectly, but would require "the" in front to scan.

    • I was doing a web search and "The Doctors Who" is what popped into my head first and prompted this post 😅
