Now that emotions have settled, what do you think about Mass Effect: Andromeda? Would you recommend it to a fan of ME 1-3?

I know Andromeda has a poor reputation, and a lot of it stems from issues at release. I am just curious what people who have played it more recently think about it. I'm a Mass Effect fan, and it looks like I can pick Andromeda up for less than 5 dollars at most places. Is it worth 5 bucks?
