Has anyone been able to download from any of these links ??
yes, but took a long time.
dbree takes forever, but from what I understand, everything new will download. It's just anything older than few months that won't. This might help in the process:

This is the dbree downloader, from a few years ago. It's defunct, but it works. Or... it did. I haven't tried it recently.
