Why link Iran Front Page when there are international news sources?
News not directly controlled by one of the belligerent parties is always preferable.Because the article is licensed under free license (Creative Commons).
As long as the source prove to have enough credibility, I would always link to the freely licensed version over less freely licensed sources.
That's weird reason to choose a news source...
And why are you so concerned about licenses?
Because I want to view and share only content that respect my freedom of use.
I mean, Iran Front Page is also international, it's in English for a reason.
That said, I don't see how US sources, for example, would be more impartial than any other.
Why complain about iranian news when lemmy is overrun with imperial news?
